Why we started
When we looked at the Gold Coast market, we saw a region growing rapidly and attracting a constant flow of new residents, tourists and businesses. We also saw an industry that was not consistently delivering the standard of service a growing region deserved.
The Gold Coast is a transient market. People move in and out frequently. Properties turn over. Holiday apartments and short-stay accommodation run at a pace most other Australian cities do not experience. We believed there was a genuine need for a local operator that understood those dynamics and could deliver professional, consistent, reliable service to residential and commercial clients across everything the Gold Coast market requires.
That is what CPH Services Gold Coast was built to be. We started with residential carpet cleaning and pest control, deepened our expertise over time, and expanded into commercial work. We have grown steadily every year, not through aggressive marketing, but through customers who come back and customers who refer people they know.
How we work

Before every job, customers receive a booking confirmation. We show up on time, and we walk through the property with the customer before we start. We explain what we are going to do and set honest expectations about the outcome. If there is something we cannot achieve, we say so before we begin rather than after.
After the job is done, we do not simply pack up and leave. We walk through the result with the customer. If we treated a stain that may need follow-up, we tell them. If there is something to watch for in the days after a pest treatment, we explain it. The job is not finished when we pack the van.
